Ray came to us wanting a mobile home which would come under permitted development and would not cause him any issues with planning. He was looking for something that he can use permanently all-year-round, therefore he went for the fully insulated version as well as the U-PVC door and window upgrade.
As you can see it looks and feels like a permanent building, although it still complies with the caravan act! Our standard Lincoln cabins have space for 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a small storage room/wardrobe and a fairly large kitchen/lounge area at the front of the cabin. Also at the front there is a terrace which can be used to relax on in the summer!
