    Your garden room will be delivered to the nearest kerbside of your address. As to the ‘when’, it depends on whether the garden room is in stock.   • How long will my garden room last?

    All our garden rooms come with a warranty of either 5 or 10 years, depending on the size and wall thickness of the garden room. Your chosen model will serve you for years if it’s professionally assembled and properly maintained. The accessories are given a 2 year warranty.   • How much does a garden room cost?

    In general, the price for an insulated garden room for all-year-round use starts at £3500-4000. This price range covers a compact insulated structure.
