Returns

When can I cancel and return my order?

 Before product delivery
If you change your mind at any moment after ordering our standard product(s), you can end the contract with us and receive a refund of your deposit payment.
• After product delivery
You can also return the standard product(s) which have already been delivered to you and get a full refund within the 14-day cooling-off period after receiving the product(s).

Reasons For Refund

Refunds and returns can be made in the following cases:
1. If you ordered a standard product.
2. If there were significant changes made to the product or its price after ordering.
3. If the product is faulty or misdescribed.
4. If you changed your mind and would like to return the product under a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Conditions To Be Met To Apply For A Refund

• No more than 14 days have passed after delivery of the product(s).
• The product must be returned in good condition, unattempted to assemble, in the same packaging in which it was delivered. After receiving your order, we will first carefully inspect and evaluate it. 
• You must ensure that the returned product(s) are properly packed to avoid any damage or lost parts in transit.

Bespoke Product Returns

Important! Please note that in respect of bespoke or modified products, you will not benefit from the right to end the contract within the 14-day cooling-off period, return the product after delivery and receive a refund. 30% deposit payment will not be refunded if the product has already been manufactured or started to manufacture.

When and how will I receive my refund?

• If the package is returned in good condition, we will refund you the full price you paid for the product(s). 
• We will refund by the method you used for payment unless otherwise agreed between us.
• Your refund will be made within 14 days from the day we receive or collect the product back from you or, if earlier, the day you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.
