This prefabricated wooden house features Cedral Click fibre cement exterior cladding, made from a composite of cement, cellulose fibres and mineral materials. This type of cladding stands out for its exceptional strength, stability, resistance to both moisture and fire, and refined aesthetic appeal. The exterior of this house is also enhanced with details in thermally modified timber, ensuring excellent aesthetic qualities and a modern design.

Please note that this house can be fitted with additional insulation to improve thermal comfort: 100 mm for the floor, 150 mm for the walls and 200 mm for the roof.

This granny annexe model was developed having big families, who value spaciousness of their living area, in mind. It is designed to comfortably accommodate up to six people in three separate bedrooms. The cabin also features a big living room area with direct access to the garden.

The charming ALICE S house has an almost perfectly square shape, providing a particularly practical layout and easy access to all rooms. ALICE S features three bedrooms and a spacious living room that can easily accommodate a kitchen, dining area, and a lounge corner with a sofa and TV. Windows and floor are not included in the price, but can be added as an optional accessory at an additional cost. The house is supplied without insulation, but is designed to accommodate 170 mm floor insulation, 150 mm wall insulation, and 230 mm roof insulation.
