Referral Program – Website Terms & Conditions

Recommend a garden building. Get rewarded for it.

If you love your new building from Quick-garden.co.uk, chances are someone in your life could use one too. Refer a friend, a family member or a neighbour – once their order is complete, you’ll get rewarded.

How it works

1. Tell us prior to your referral placing their order. To do so, please contact your Quick-garden.co.uk sales advisor (by phone, email, or the contact form) with your referral's name and contact details. This step is essential – referrals registered after an order is placed cannot be rewarded.
2. Then, we register your referral. Your sales advisor confirms the referral is attached to your original order.
3. Your friend makes the order. If they go ahead with a purchase, their order gets linked to your referral automatically.
4. You get rewarded. Once their order has been fully paid for and delivered, and the legal 14-day withdrawal period has passed, your reward is confirmed, and you receive your payout.

Who can take part

As a ''Referrer'', you must:
•  Have completed a purchase from Quick-garden.co.uk. The order must be fully paid for and delivered, the 14-day statutory withdrawal period must have passed, and the order must not have been cancelled.
•  Register the referral with your sales advisor before the referred person places their order.
•  Be a private individual purchasing for personal use (the programme is not open to trade buyers, resellers, dealers or Quick-garden.co.uk staff).

For a referral to qualify, the person you refer (the ''Referee'') must:
•  Be a genuinely new customer — someone with no prior order history, quote, or active sales conversation with Quick-garden.co.uk in the last 12 months.
•  Be registered by their referrer before placing an order.
•  Complete their own purchase (full payment received, order must be past the 14-day withdrawal period, and not cancelled).

Your reward

Reward amounts depend on the building purchased by your referral. See the current reward table below:

How you get paid

You can choose to receive your reward as:
•  A direct bank transfer to an account in your name.

We pay rewards within 30 days of your referral's order becoming non-cancellable. Once your reward is approved, you'll be asked to confirm your preferred payment method and, for bank transfers, your account details.

A few important rules

•  One referral per household is eligible for a reward, regardless of how many people register it. If the referred person makes another order in the future, the order will not count as eligible for a reward.
•  You cannot refer yourself, a member of your own household, or another account under your control.
•  If your referral cancels their order or exercises their right of withdrawal, any reward linked to that order will be voided, or reclaimed if already paid.
•  Quick-garden.co.uk reserves the right to decline or reclaim a reward where referrals appear fraudulent, duplicated, or made in bad faith.
•  Any tax treatment of your reward is your responsibility as the recipient; Quick-garden.co.uk will report payouts where locally required by law.

Your data

When you register a referral, you give us a friend or neighbour's name and contact details so we can reach out about Quick-garden.co.uk. We'll let them know how we obtained their details the first time we contact them, in line with data protection law. We will only use their information to discuss this referral and will not add them to marketing lists without their separate consent.

•  This programme is offered at Quick-garden.co.uk's discretion and may be changed, paused or ended at any time, with reasonable notice on this page.
•  Reward amounts are shown in your local market currency.
•  These terms apply alongside Quick-garden.co.uk's general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
