The warehouse where our products are stored is based in Eastleigh in the South of England, and clearly this is quite some distance from the outer reaches of Scotland. Due to this reason, the delivery of log cabins, wooden garages or residential cabins to customers based in Scotland is more complicated - the hauliers use more fuel as well as there is a need to stop overnight. These factors contribute to an increase in delivery costs to Scotland. However, the major part of delivery costs to Scotland is still covered by us, in so much as customers in Scotland are asked to pay only a symbolical delivery surcharge. Before delivery we will contact you in order to arrange a delivery time which is convenient to you. All our log cabins in Scotland are delivered in solid packages by compact trucks and each truck is crane equipped. So, unlike other log cabin retailers, we deliver and off load the package by ourselves in the place convenient for you, which means you do not have to worry about it.
Though our trucks come in quite a compact size, they will not go through narrow or low garden gates or any other narrow entrances. In these cases we kindly ask you to inform us in advance about any complicated access to the site.
