• 44mm + 44mm double wall construction with a 120mm polyurethane insulation (U-Value of 0.156 W/(m²K));
• 20mm Tongue and Groove roof boards + 9mm roof construction with 175mm insulation (U-Value of 0.108 W/(m²K));
• 200mm floor insulation under the 20mm floorboards (U-Value of 0.105 W/(m²K));
• Winkhaus PVC windows and doors (internal), making U-Value of 1.4 W/(m²K).
