Our Mobile home cabins meet all the requirements of the 1968 Caravan Act. Therefore no planning permission is normally required if you want to build a mobile home within the garden of your existing dwelling to be used as an extra room in addition to the main house. By adding this package you will upgrade your cabin with:

• 44mm + 44mm double wall construction with a 120mm polyurethane insulation (U-Value of 0.156 W/(m²K));
• 20mm Tongue and Groove roof boards + 9mm roof construction with 175mm insulation (U-Value of 0.108 W/(m²K));
• 200mm floor insulation under the 20mm floorboards (U-Value of 0.105 W/(m²K));
• Winkhaus PVC windows and doors (external), making U-Value of 1.4 W/(m²K).
